Processing and Shipping Policies
- How long does processing take?
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days, after order is placed. Orders that are placed prior to or by 5p EST will be processed same day.
Larger orders and wholesale orders will take 3-5 business days to be processed after order is placed. Orders that are placed prior to or by 5p EST will be processed same day.
- How long before I get my tracking information?
We ship out regularly two (2) times a week (Monday’s& Thursday’s). Tracking information is updated the day of shipping. Please check tracking information 1-2 days after tracking numbers are emailed out.
- My package isn't here yet. What do I do?
Due to high traffic demand with the Postal Services, we ask you allow 2-3 days extended to your estimated delivery day. Once we ship your items, Elegant Beauté Co, LLC is no longer responsible for your items.
- Lost or missing package?
Elegant Beauté Co x EB&F Company, LLC is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Please contact the Postal Service for information about your package. Please remember, there are shipping delays to due high traffic demand at the Postal Service.
- Package was sent back?
Elegant Beauté Co x EB&F Company is not responsible for insufficient addresses. To get items sent back out, an additional shipping fee is required.
Prior to shipping, if the address is invalid, we will reach out via email for verification. If there is not a response within the processing timeframe, refund will be issued.
